REQUEST INFORMATION
Please fill out this form for your custom beret carefully! Add as much detail as possible to your request for best results and accurate invoicing! Do you want faux fur? do you want all around design or more just front? Multiple clear reference files will yield the best results!
The custom Scale starts as follows:
Tier 1 $75+:Mostly flat front details, Simple ears, All
Tier 2 $100+: All around details, More complex 3D features, all fleece
Tier 3 $150+: All around details, Most complex 3D features, Can include faux fur
If you have paid in person, you will not receive an invoice once I've double checked my records! If you are requesting a quote for a custom I will take a look at your references and contact you if I have any questions I have or an invoice for payment!
You are not obligated to pay an invoice that has been sent based on your request but No work will start on your custom unless payment is made.

PROCESSING TIMES
Processing time for simple customs is usually 4-6 weeks. More complicated customs may be longer depending on how many I have in my queue. If you need your beret for a specific date please indicate on this form as faster processing may require a rush fee! Please understand that this is a small business run by one person who is also chronically ill. I will do my very best to make sure you receive your beret in the order that they were paid!
SHIPPING
Shipping within the US is free! International is available but shipping will be charged based on destination.
Please understand that due to availability and differences in manufacturing that exact colors can not be guaranteed, but I will do my very best to source the correct colors!
POLICIES
I reserve the right to accept or deny any custom if my books are full or I feel like I will not be able to do the design justice. Filling out this form does not guarantee a spot unless we have spoken and payment has already been made!
No refunds are given for custom designs after 24 hours.
